I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the new furnace installed in my home. I was impressed with the work done by your crew. I believe their names were Tommy and Chris, one was the sheet metal man and the other installed the new furnace.
They removed the old furnace first. When I got home after work they were in the process of installing the new furnace. Both men were knowledgeable about their job and very conscientious. You had estimated that the job would be approximately two days. Well, these men did it in one! They did not leave until everything was hooked up and running, which was 8:45 p.m. They worked straight through - no dinner break - in order to be sure that I had heat that night. Then they cleaned up the furnace area and loaded all the debris and old furnace and took it away, just as clean as they found it.
Not all work goes as planned, but this job ran much smoother than I had anticipated. Please let your crew know that their hard work was appreciated.
