I just thought I'd send you a short note to let you know how our first year with our new Hybrid heating and A.C. system went. After much debate, I'm glad we went with your recommendation. Your presentation was super and very professional unlike many others we talked to. After one full year of heating and cooling seasons, I sat down and added up all my heating and cooling costs for the year before, and the past year, and even with the rate increase in electric costs, I still saw a 50% savings with your new American Standard Hybrid system. As far as the installation goes, it was just like you said. Your workers were friendly and very neat. The job was completed in two and half days and that was for two systems. I've never had a project go as smoothly. You didn't just put it in and forget about me. Your follow up has been great. I also tell everyone I can about this new system.
